New Canadian Media is launching an Advanced Training and Mentorship program in collaboration with Village Media that is intended to help immigrant journalists raise their calibre and be a bigger part of Canadian media. This will be delivered through a 10-person hands on workshop and one-on-one mentoring.
NCM will be recruiting the best in their craft to lead these sessions. Examples: Jennifer Ditchburn (Policy Options), Rita Trichur (Globe and Mail), Siddharth Banerjee (Canadian Press), Prof. Susan Harada (Carleton University), Karla Meza (Le Devoir), etc.
